On Ending the War in Ukraine

I joined Sihle Ngobese to discuss the African delegation’s 10 point peace plan for the Russian Ukrainian War.

In my view South Africa should propose to Russia, that if the war ends, they can have a Nuclear Power Station. Civil Engineers should not forget that traditionally that is what the role of infrastructure was for, to neutralize threats of invasion during peace time. Russian technology is remarkable and it is the most affordable at the moment.
