I recently spoke to Richard Sakwa on Russia/Ukraine. Richard is a British political scientist and a former Professor of Russian and European politics at the University of Kent, a Senior Research Fellow at the National Research University-Higher School of Economics in Moscow, and an Honorary Professor in the Faculty of Political Science at Moscow State University. He has written books about Russian, Central and Eastern European communist and post-communist politics.
Richard and I talked about the post colonial experience in Ukraine and the seeds that laid the current war. He has been warning that war would break out since the 2014 Maidan Protests/Coup d’état.
Please subscribe and share the conversation around.
Kind Regards
