Hugo with so many new infections yearly do you think such is good idea last I check there's 200 thousand or more new infections, I 2019 we had 7.5 millions South African HIV positive now we have 8.4 almost a million increase I'm sure come next year we would reach the 10 millions target of 95/95/95 of 2030 strategy, don't you think PMTC worked, now the Prep must be invested on to further eliminate this problem, yes some areas make no sense obviously the corruption must be fought at all levels
